We are all navigating our businesses through these uncertain times, attempting to adapt to conditions to keep our people, our business, and our customers both safe and happy. At Quest, in addition to this being an uncertain time due to the pandemic, this is also an exciting time as we look forward to a new product launch. There are many tedious circumstances we need to navigate before we can, once again, maintain product delivery consistency.

Extended Lead Times
We have experienced an increasing rate of disruption in our supply chain over the last 8 weeks, resulting in orders shipping past acknowledged ship dates. We are continuing to monitor the supply chain, but find it necessary to adapt to schedule changes in the short term to allow us to deliver as promised, and promote consistency. While we do not enjoy extending lead times, we feel it is better than underperforming and missing ship dates. Nearly all of our product delays are material supply issues. These lead time adjustments are temporary, and will stabilize soon with our new product launch.

Effective November 30th, all standard catalog orders will be acknowledged with a 9 week lead time. All custom product orders will be acknowledged with a 10 week lead time; custom products are defined as items or colors not listed in the CABnX or CLOzX catalogs.
