Quest Engineering to build new $14 million facility in Village of Richfield

The Village Board in Richfield voted unanimously Thursday night on industrial development revenue bonds not to exceed $10 million to finance a project on behalf of Quest Engineering which is looking to build a new 100,000-square-foot facility on 10.5 acres at Richfield Parkway and Endeavor Drive in the Village of Richfield.

Quest Engineering, currently headquartered on Helsan Drive in Richfield, is a family-owned wood products and custom cabinetry manufacturer that’s been around for 20 years. It currently employs 44 people full time and operates out of four different facilities in Richfield and Jackson.

Meet Our Drivers

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1588182903755{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Quest Engineering is fortunate to work with some top-notch individuals who have dedicated their careers to delivering our products in a safe, respectful, and timely manner.

In a typical week, these gentlemen transport your product from our Richfield or Jackson location and deliver anywhere from Green Bay, Milwaukee, Madison and the greater Chicago area. Our delivery zones reach about a 300-mile radius, but we don’t necessarily stop there.  Our drivers have been known to go above and beyond to get the product delivered wherever and whenever you may need it.  We can also ship nationwide, and work together with our network of trucking vendors to get the product to you.

Nick Zeisse

Nick is charged with the task of quality control – making sure your products are properly packaged and loaded onto the trucks.  In addition, Nick can be thrown into any task in the shop and be trusted to get it done right and efficiently – from shipping/receiving, assembly on the production line to jumping in the truck to deliver when needed.  Nick can also be called an outdoorsman, enjoying time spent hunting and fishing.  He also likes to play a nightly game of basketball at the courts nearby his new home.

Jim Parry

Jim is a proud father of two sons named Dan and Steve.  When he isn’t navigating the Quest truck he enjoys spending time with his boys as well as riding his motorcycle.  He can also be found having some fun with a few woodworking projects and working on his yard at home with his family.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1588178253004{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]

Quest Engineering Attends Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Nearly 90 exhibitors, including specialists in closets, custom cabinets, furniture makers, and millwork firms poured into the two-day Cabinets and Closets Conference and Expo April 12-13, 2017 at the Renaissance Convention Center in Schaumburg IL.

This event was a fantastic opportunity, being the only industry event of its kind focused specifically on cabinets, closets, and storage solutions.

Various types of professionals who have expanded their business scope from just closets, were invited to see products ranging from kitchen and bath, to custom cabinet manufacturers doing projects for closets, garages, and other organization systems. The show was a great opportunity to not only exchange ideas, network, and gain insight into upcoming industry trends, but also to gain exposure to great potential customers and secure new business opportunities.

Quest Engineering attended the event and introduced their brand new, exciting line of CLOzX Closets. Having made a name for themselves in the industry for their line of CABnX cabinets for kitchens, bathrooms, and custom projects, the show goers received the new closet designs with enthusiasm! The complete CLOzX Catalog was also available to buyers. There were so many new products in the booth, it was difficult to pinpoint which was the most popular. The variety of finishes, colors and accessory choices are able to meet the design needs of any closet.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
