Quality control is very important to us throughout the order process; and if something looks incorrect or questionable, we make efforts to double check before proceeding. With that said, it has come to our attention recently that when submitting a CLOzX order, there is some confusion when selecting cam colors.
As a reminder, assembly hardware is included with each module (cams, hangers, screws). When placing your CLOzX order in 2020 Design, these items will automatically populate and you will be prompted to choose finish colors for a few items, such as cams and hangers. There are six color options for cams and if you are unsure which color to choose, we have provided a helpful chart in the Price Groups & Door Styles section in our CLOzX catalog (see below).
Also, if you attended Dealer Training, this will be in the training book for you to reference. It is important to us that we equip our dealers with the correct tools to properly design and order our products ensuring the best outcome to the end user.
